The PF5002 is a highly integrated USB Power Delivery controller that supports PD3.2 Adjustable Voltage Supply (AVS). MCU-based design with 8K bytes OTP enables flexible and compact PD solutions. Minimalism design is achieved by integrating all necessary functions into SOP8/SOP10 package, including USB PD baseband PHY, Type C connection logic, policy manager, shunt regulator, CV controller, and internal 30V NMOSFET Load Switch. The PF5002 works with single 4.5V ~ 24V supply, covering AVS requirements. Comprehensive protections include output over-voltage, under voltage, over-current, external and internal over temperature protection, CC1/CC2 contamination protection
